*  Do you own your home or rent?  If you rent, does your landlord allow pets?

*  How many adults reside in your household?  Are their any children in your 

   household?  If so, what are their ages?

*What is your kitten preference? Color? Male or Female?

*  Have you ever owned a Maine Coon or other cat before?  If so, for how long -

   and - do you allow your cat(s) to go outside?

*  What kind of pets do you currently own?  Are they spayed or neutered?

*What are the ages and temperaments of the pets you currently own?

*  Do you currently have a veterinarian?  If yes, please provide name and phone.

*  Will this kitten be for you or for someone else?

*  How much time will your kitten be spending alone during the day?

*  Do you plan to use a cage for your Maine Coon?

*  Do you have any questions or comments?

*  Kittens available are offered in the order that we have been contacted

   and upon approval of your adoption.

*  To RESERVE a kitten, we require a non-refundable deposit of $100.00.

*  A WRITTEN CONTRACT is required to purchase one of our kittens and

   will be mailed to you upon request.

*  TICA registration papers will be mailed to you upon proof of alter.
